I use it for both travel and everyday errands, and it’s been handy for different situations. That said, waiting for it to arrive was frustrating and definitely tested my patience a bit

I was really hoping this bag would be a good buy, but for the price, it just didn’t feel worth it. The material felt kind of cheap right away, and the stitching started coming loose after barely using it. I don’t mind paying a bit more for something that lasts, but this one felt like I overpaid.

I ordered from Sole Premise, and the product itself was totally fine once it arrived. The delivery side was the frustrating part. The tracking basically sat there with no updates for days, and it ended up showing up later than the date I was given at checkout. I had to message support to figure out what was going on, and the reply was kind of along the lines of, “we’re checking with the carrier” and “please allow a little more time.” Not a terrible experience overall, but if I needed something by a specific date, I probably wouldn’t risk ordering again.

It showed up quick, way sooner than I expected lol.

I’m not totally sure what the hold up was, but I had to wait a few days for my refund. Support did get back to me though, and it was sorted in the end. Wasn't perfect, but fair enough. I’d maybe buy from them again.

This made packing my sneakers way less annoying. I didn’t really think I needed it at first — but yeah, it’s convenient when you’re trying to keep everything organized while traveling.

This bag surprised me. Fits a lot. Even my chunky sneakers. The zippers seem fine so far. Not amazing, but okay. I do wish the pockets were a little deeper though. Still happy with it.

It’s decent enough, I guess. The quality isn’t trash or anything, but for what they’re charging, I definitely expected more. Feels a bit like I got played by the price tag.

I had a bit of an issue with the shipping update on my order and I was a little annoyed at first. I reached out to support and they replied faster than I expected. It still took a couple days to fully get sorted, so it wasn’t totally smooth, but they did fix it and kept things handled. I’d give it 4 stars since there was a problem, but overall they did alright.

I wanted to like this for travel, and to be fair, it seems well made. But it ended up being too bulky for my carry-on, so I had to check my bag instead. It might work better if you’re packing light or using a larger bag, but for my setup it wasn’t as carry-on friendly as I’d hoped.

The items weren’t that big, but they came in this oversized box with a bunch of filler stuffed around everything, and it still somehow didn’t feel that neat or organized. I reached out and support basically said something like, “we pack orders this way to keep items protected during shipping,” which I get, but it still felt really wasteful. The shipping itself was fine, but the messy, excessive packaging made the whole order feel a bit sloppy...

I found the site easy to get around, honestly. I was able to browse without any confusion, and checkout went through fine, so that was a relief. A couple pages did load a bit slowly for me, which was a little annoying, but overall... yeah, it worked well enough.

My first impression of the Sole Premise bag was positive. It looked clean, felt well made, and I liked right away that the shoes had their own separate sections. That was the main reason I bought it, those compartments do what they’re supposed to do.
After using it a bit more, though, the rest of the layout started to feel a little less practical. Some of the pockets are tighter than I expected, and I kept wishing there was a more convenient place for small things like chargers, keys, toiletries, or other travel basics.

Overall, it’s still a good bag and I don’t regret getting it, especially for keeping shoes away from clothes. I just thought it would feel a bit more organized for everyday travel. Not a bad bag at all, but the compartments could definitely be better thought out.

I got my order from Sole Premise, everything was exactly how I picked it. The size, color, and extra dividers were all right, so from my side, I can’t really complain about the actual product or packing.
I’m only taking off a star because the tracking was slow to update, and I personally like knowing where my order is once it ships. Still, the order itself came correct, so overall I’d call it a good experience...

I bought this for traveling, but my shoes still kept rubbing against each other, which was really frustrating. The bag looks okay and it arrived fine, but the material feels thin, and the protection just isn’t there. I kept expecting it to keep my shoes separated better, but they still rubbed together in the bag. For the price, I thought it would feel sturdier or offer more protection, but it really doesn’t. It’s fine to carry shoes, I guess, but if you’re worried about them rubbing or getting scuffed, this didn’t really solve that for me

The site does look clean, and browsing through the styles is easy. But some parts feel a little too plain, and the product photos don’t really give me enough confidence in what I’d be ordering. It’s not a bad site, but it didn’t wow me, and the lack of better details kind of made me lose trust a bit

I was excited when this arrived, but my mood dropped a bit once I started packing it. The quality of the bag seems fine, but it’s smaller than I expected from the photos. My shoes fit, but they’re really tight in there, and there’s barely any space left for clothes. It’s kind of frustrating if you’re planning to use it for travel. I just wish the size was shown more accurately on the site.

The stitching looks solid and it feels well built overall. I kinda regret not picking it up earlier.

I’ve been using this for a bit now, I think I got it sometime last month, or maybe it was the month before, and it’s been comfortable to carry around. No complaints so far.

The colors were close to the photos, not exact, but close. They looked just a little darker in person... which wasn’t a big deal for me
